ARC China Announces Release of Newsletter for the Week of July 6th Featuring Commentary From Founder Adam Roseman

SHANGHAI, CHINA--(Marketwire - July 6, 2010) -  ARC China released the latest edition of its newsletter, ARC China Weekly, today. The publication includes a commentary from ARC China Founder Adam Roseman as well as articles covering topics of general interest with a focus on consumer and retail, alternative energy, and recent investment transactions in China's current news. Roseman's foreword focuses on a number of recent reports detailing the robust growth of foreign investment in China over the past few years and the conclusion that these numbers will continue to rise as investors branch out in search of high returns. In a survey of 814 companies conducted by Ernst & Young, China ranked as the most attractive foreign direct investment (FDI) destination for 2010 as Western Europe was edged out of the first three. The firm predicts a clear shift in the World's economic weight eastwards, ranking China (66%), India (61%) and Central & Eastern Europe (59%) as the most attractive regions for FDI projects in the next three years. A recent report from the American Chamber of Commerce in China shows that nearly 80% of US firms in China plan to increase their investment in the country while last week's release of the "2010 Global Manufacturing Competitive Index" issued by Deloitte and the US Council found that China scored first in both current competitiveness and competitiveness in the next five years.
