ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc. Announces Launch of Generation II of the ARC IES™, Integrated Enclosure Solution for Wi-Fi® and WiMAX™

WHEAT RIDGE, CO--(Marketwire - May 14, 2008) - ARC Wireless Solutions, Inc.'s (NASDAQ: ARCW) Wireless Communications Solutions Division ("ARC") announces the launch of the ARC IES™, Generation II Integrated Enclosure Solution ("GEN II") which will be shown at the Mikrotik Users Meeting (MUM) in Chicago May 15-16, 2008 and will also be shown on display at NXTcomm08 in Booth SL8008X at the Las Vegas Convention Center, June 16-19, 2008.

The ARC IES™, Generation II Integrated Enclosure Solution has a number of updates from the original ARC IES™, Integrated Enclosure Solution making it more user-friendly and versatile. It is compatible with all of ARC's Integrated Antennas from 900MHz to 5.8GHz, including dual polarization, embedded, bolt-on and external stand-alone and makes for simple inventory management. Also, getting to market for our customers is now easier than ever, as making radio and antenna changes are quick and easy.

The quality of the GEN II follows the original ARC IES™, Integrated Enclosure Solution: it includes an IP-67 rating, heat dissipation and EMI control with the die-cast aluminum enclosure. It is completely US engineered and the manufacturing process and final product are monitored by ARC's 100% quality controlled process.

The GEN II has a patent pending universal radio mounting feature with tamper proof plugs and feed-through(s). It is extremely reliable because it eliminates unnecessary electrical points of failure. The versatility of antennas and accessory options should fill most if not all customer needs. Since there is no adaptor plate or jumpers needed with the GEN II, the installation time is reduced which lowers the overall cost.

"The ARC IES™, Generation II Integrated Enclosure Solution is another innovative, US engineered design reinforcing ARC's reputation of producing high quality, RoHS compliant, user-friendly products," said Todd Schaefer, ARC's Vice President of Sales. "It is also reconfigurable which allows our customers to easily change the radio and/or antenna without the need to modify or add any components."

The complete ARC IES™, Integrated Enclosure Solution product line can be used in many broadband wireless applications. It is available through ARC's network of authorized distributors and re-sellers.
