Archer Entertainment Media Communications, Inc. to File 15c211 to Become Fully Reporting Bulletin Board Company

SANTA MONICA, CA and HONG KONG--(Marketwire - June 17, 2008) - Archer Entertainment Media Communications, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AEMC), a California based integrated entertainment company, announced today that the Company is preparing its 15c211 filing with a sponsoring marketmaker for filing with FINRA in its plan in becoming a fully reporting, Bulletin Board "piggyback" qualified trading company.

The filing, in conjunction with a supplemental 211 Information Disclosure Statement, when approved, enables the Company to move from "unsolicited" Pink Sheets listing status to "Fully Compliant" listing status pursuant to Rule 15c211 of the SEC Securities and Exchange Act of 1934 and be "piggyback qualified." A security becomes piggyback eligible when it has been quoted on the Pink Sheets by at least one market maker for a minimum of 30 days. Piggyback eligible securities are identified on with the text "Piggyback Qualified" and on the OTC Dealer as "PBQ."
