Arcis Capital Partners LLC acquires Greston Partners LLC: Mohi Monem joins as Partner and Head of Real Estate and Hospitality Investments

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - November 02, 2016) - Arcis Capital Partners LLC ("ArcisCap"), an investment advisory, investment banking, and investment management firm specializing in the US private equity, venture capital, real estate and M&A transactions with principal focus on investors from Greater China and the Middle East, announced today that it has acquired Greston Partners LLC, a real estate investment advisory and asset management firm with Mohaymin ("Mohi") Monem as its Principal. Mohi will be joining ArcisCap as a Partner and head of its real estate and hospitality investments business. Mohi will be based out of ArcisCap's recently established Atlanta office.

Mohi is a real estate and hospitality executive with breadth of experience that spans advising and working for multiple institutional investors as well as real estate operators, developers, and advisors. Mohi previously led the hospitality investment platform at State General Reserve Fund (sovereign wealth fund of Oman) and was a Principal within the Real Estate group with a prolific investment track record in Europe and North America. Prior to that, Mohi was as a Vice President at Dubai Investment Group, where he was responsible for investment and asset management for a multi-billion dollar global real estate and hospitality portfolio. Mohi has also held various corporate and management positions at Marriott International Inc., Hotel & Leisure Advisors, Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts, and Ritz Carlton LLC.
