ArcMail Announces End-of-Year Incentives for Top-Performing VARs and Their Business Customers

Email Archiving Leader Awards One Year of Free Maintenance to End Customers and Valuable Prizes to VARs for Sales Closed by December 31

SHREVEPORT, LA--(Marketwire - December 8, 2010) - ArcMail Technology, Inc., a leading provider of email archiving and email management appliances that address multiple business issues, today announced an end-of-year incentive program designed to reward value-added reseller (VAR) partners as well as their small-to-midsized business (SMB) and enterprise customers.

The promotion calls for ArcMail to provide end customers with one year of free maintenance for any ArcMail Defender™ appliance purchased before December 31, 2010. In addition, reseller sales representatives will earn cash prizes of up to $300 for each Defender model sold during the same timeframe.

Super Bowl Party, HD LCD TVs Top List of Additional Prizes
The December offer is being held in conjunction with an overall fourth quarter promotion that provides cash incentives for products sold between September 13 and December 31, along with Super Bowl party prizes -- complete with 55-inch HD LCD televisions, Blu-ray home theater systems and catered parties for 10-15 people. 

One Super Bowl party prize will be awarded to the representative who sells the most Defender units (with a 10-unit minimum to qualify) and one will be given to the representative who achieves the highest net sales (with $100,000 in net sales required to qualify). Renewal sales do not count for the December and fourth quarter promotions.

Winners will be announced on January 21, 2011.
