Arco Resources Corp.: Revocation of Cease Trade Order

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 10, 2010) - Arco Resources Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ARR) ("Arco" or the "Company") advises that the B.C. Securities Commission (the "BCSC") issued a cease trade order on September 8th shortly before the Company filed its audited financial statements, and as a result the Company was unable to prevent the cease trade order from being effected. The BCSC revoked the cease trade order yesterday, and the Company is now diligently pursuing the reinstatement of trading of its stock on the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange"). Arco will shortly be submitting a reinstatement application to the Exchange as required by Exchange policies.
