CUPERTINO, CA--(Marketwire - November 14, 2008) -

WHO: Two security experts from ArcSight, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARST), a leading
global provider of compliance and security management solutions,
will share their insights on data security and security
information and event management (SIEM) at CSI 2008.

Brian Contos, chief security officer at ArcSight, will address the
hot topic of SIEM and the often polarizing topic of supervisory
control and data acquisition (SCADA) in two summit sessions.

Davi Ottenheimer, director of compliance at ArcSight, will moderate
        the Data Security Summit session.

WHAT: The CSI 2008 conference organizers have invited Brian Contos and
Davi Ottenheimer of ArcSight to address an audience of security
        experts and professionals in mid-November.

on what device data is created, stored, accessed, copied,
           transmitted, outsourced and destroyed.
