Arctic Hunter Announces Annual Filings Under National Instrument 51-101 Standards of Disclosure for Oil and Gas Activities

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 19, 2012) - Arctic Hunter Energy Inc. (TSX VENTURE:AHU) ("Arctic Hunter" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that it has filed its Form 51-101F- Statement of Reserves Data and other Oil & Gas Information for its year ended June 30, 2012. The Company has also filed Form 51-101F2 Report of Independent Qualified Reserves Evaluator and Form 51-101F3- Report of Management and Directors all under National Instrument 51-101. The filings can be accessed electronically on the System for Electronic Document Analysis and Retrieval (SEDAR) website


The Company is Canadian resource exploration and development Company that identifies, acquires and finances the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and gas assets in Western Canada and in North America. The Company is an Alberta based, junior heavy oil producer.
