Melissa Russell, Healthcare Market Manager at Varolii Corporation, is responsible for the company's overall marketing strategy for the healthcare industry. Bringing nearly 15 years of sales, marketing and call center experience to Varolii, Russell keeps her pulse on emerging topics in the industry, such as healthcare reform and disease management trends, to help the company's clients build and apply effective automated communications programs.
