Arehada Announces Filing of Application for Revocation of Cease Trade Orders

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Feb. 27, 2012) - Arehada Mining Limited ("Arehada" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:AHD.H) is pleased to announce that it has filed applications with the securities commissions of Ontario, British Columbia and Alberta to revoke the cease trade orders issued by the securities commissions on April 18, 2011, April 8, 2011 and July 21, 2011, respectively (together, the "CTO's"). The CTO's were issued as a result of the Company's delay in filing its audited financial statements and accompanying management's discussion and analysis, related CEO and CFO certifications and Annual Information Form for the year ended December 31, 2010.
