Arehada Subject to Permanent Cease Trade Order

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - April 25, 2011) - Arehada Mining Limited ("Arehada" or the "Company") (TSX:AHD) reports that a permanent cease trade order was issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (the "Commission") on April 18, 2011 due to the fact that the Company failed to file the audited financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2010, accompanying management's discussion and analysis, annual information form and related CEO and CFO certifications, as required by Ontario securities law.

Pursuant to the order, effective immediately, all trading in the securities of the Company, whether direct or indirect, shall cease until further order by the Director.
