Arizona Association of REALTORS(R) Releases Association Forms for Use in dotloop

CINCINNATI, OH--(Marketwired - Feb 5, 2014) - dotloop today announced it has extended its agreement with the Arizona Association of REALTORS® (AAR), the sixth largest REALTOR association in the U.S. AAR's forms will be available in dotloop's interactive document library to the association's more than 38,000 members.

During the past 16 months, AAR worked closely with dotloop's development team to make sure its platform brought the most value and accessibility to AAR members, while ensuring that the forms remain secure. Through ongoing collaboration with AAR, dotloop added the ability to provide the association an additional layer of membership verification, to provide access to AAR forms to only active AAR members. This extra functionality makes dotloop not only a tool to increase member efficiency, but also bolsters form security and accessibility.

"Our members may now use AAR forms in the dotloop platform to conduct transactions," said Michelle Lind, CEO, Arizona Association of REALTORS. "We're committed to innovation and to giving our members the flexibility to choose the best technologies for their businesses and dotloop understands our commitment to the delivery of secure, reliable forms to our members. We are pleased that our research and work with dotloop accomplished this goal through several vehicles of verification, and we are pleased to put it in the hands of Arizona REALTORS today."

The enhanced integration ensures that all AAR forms are available to members using dotloop's interactive platform and patented version-NOW technology to access and complete forms, share and sign documents, collaborate, communicate, monitor and manage entire real estate transactions from start to close. dotloop eliminates paper documents and PDFs, while making onboarding for new agents simple and seamless.

"Real estate is a people business, and agents and brokers are realizing that they must deliver great experiences to keep clients coming back," said Austin Allison, founder and CEO of dotloop. "We're trying to put the focus back where it belongs -- on peoplework, not paperwork -- and we're proud to work with Arizona Association of REALTORS to help its members do just that. We're constantly innovating to improve the real estate transaction experience, and this latest agreement with AAR, one of the most innovative associations in the country, is an example of that."

dotloop's agreement with the AAR is just the latest example of the momentum the company has achieved with associations and multiple listing services (MLS). To date, more than 60 associations, MLS' and other organizations have selected dotloop as their transaction platform of choice to give their members an easier, more secure way to grow their businesses and work better together with everyone involved in a transaction.
