State Furlough Day Closes Lottery Offices

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - December 17, 2010) - Due to statewide government furloughs, the Arizona Lottery's Phoenix and Tucson Offices will be closed on Thursday, December 23. This closure requires our employees to take an unpaid furlough day.

Lottery retailers will still sell tickets and pay prizes on that day. Game drawings will also continue as scheduled. Check for winning numbers.

Prizes greater than $599 must be claimed at Lottery headquarters. Friday, December 24 is a State holiday, we will reopen at 8:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27. We apologize for any inconvenience this closure may cause.
