Arizona Power Retailer Assists in Preliminary Feasibility Assessment

NEW YORK, NY -- (MARKET WIRE) -- January 22, 2007 -- Arizona power retailer, Arizona Public Service (APS), a subsidiary of US listed company Pinnacle West Inc., has provided weather stations to EnviroMission (PINKSHEETS: EVOMY) for the collection of meteorological data to be used in the assessment of suitable sites for Solar Tower power stations in the region.

The first weather station has been installed on land made available by the State Land Trust for possible future Solar Tower development in North West Arizona.

Meteorological assessment is a critical localized factor in Solar Tower feasibility that heavily impacts on the overall design and scale decision for specific sites.

It is anticipated the Arizona data will confirm a strong case for development in the region based on available historical meteorological data.

EnviroMission has agreed to reciprocate the 'in kind' support of the APS by agreeing to make all weather data available to APS to further enhance their statewide data collection capability.

The move to validate meteorological data of specific sites in the United States reflects EnviroMission's intent for involvement with the international Solar Tower commercialisation strategy that has identified the opportunity for multiple Solar Tower power stations in the US.

It has always been planned that EnviroMission's development experience, investment and know-how would be applied to support international development for the additional ongoing benefit to shareholders and stakeholders and EnviroMission's direct involvement in global commercialisation will ensure EnviroMission has an even stronger stake in all development decisions and outcomes.

EnviroMission's work to date has formed the basis of international development interest in the technology and is evidenced as EnviroMission is sought to take a direct role in the development process; adding further value to the intellectual property EnviroMission is proprietarily associated with.
