Armada's CarCostCanada Sales Soar 87%

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - March 21, 2005) - Armada Data
Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ARD) is pleased to report that sales at its
CarCostCanada website (www.carcostcanada.com) have soared 87% following
the initiation of a widespread advertising and marketing campaign that
was launched in January 2005 and has been ramped up significantly
throughout February and March. These advertising and marketing efforts
are expected to have a significant impact on the Company's fiscal 4th
quarter ending May 31, 2005.

In addition to expanded weekly advertising in the National Post,
CarCostCanada recently participated in The Canadian International Auto
Show (CIAS) held in Toronto. Prior to this event, CarCostCanada was a
sponsor and a featured company on "Auto Show Television", a 30-minute
program that previewed CIAS and aired ten times throughout the week of
the show. CarCostCanada also introduced at CIAS a Value Card offering
significant discounts to potential new members. This card is now being
distributed via direct mail.

As previously announced, Armada Data has engaged N5R, a Toronto-based
marketing firm, for the creation and deployment of a structured ongoing
e-marketing campaign, "Win a Convertible Contest." Visitors are offered
the chance to win one of two new Ford Mustang convertibles or $30,000
cash after answering a short survey. This eight-week campaign aims at
increasing product awareness and CarCostCanada membership sales while
gathering valuable demographic and consumer retail buying data.

CarCostCanada's website now boasts powerful endorsements from celebrity
names including Ellen Roseman, author of Money 101 and 201 and a noted
Personal Finance Columnist for the Toronto Star and Phil Edmonston,
author of Lemon Aid New Car Buyers Guide for the past 32 years. These
affirmations add to the widespread credibility and increasing market
acceptance of CarCostCanada's New Car Pricing Reports.

During this period, Armada Data also engaged 24/7 Canada of Toronto as
its exclusive sales representative to market advertising space on both
CarCostCanada.com and TheCarMagazine.com. Currently, many of Canada's
largest names in the automotive industry are advertising on the two
websites. 24/7 Canada is a leader in online advertising with many of
Canada's largest businesses as clients. With over 1,500,000 page views
per month, advertising revenues are expected to grow significantly
throughout the year.
