Armtec Infrastructure Inc. Enters Into Interim Amending Agreement Under Existing Senior Credit Facilities


GUELPH, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - June 24, 2011) - Armtec Infrastructure Inc. ("Armtec" or the "Company") (TSX:ARF)(TSX:ARF.DB) today announced that it has entered into an interim amending agreement with the lenders under its existing senior credit facilities. This amending agreement permits the Company to draw up to $65 million in the aggregate under the existing revolving credit facility until June 30, 2011, subject to certain additional conditions, which is sufficient to meet the Company's projected needs during this period. Management continues to work with the lenders to amend, on or before June 30, 2011, certain of the Company's financial covenants for the twelve month period ending June 30, 2011 under the senior credit facilities to ensure that the Company has continued access to those facilities after that time.
