WASHINGTON, DC--(Marketwired - September 15, 2016) - The Regional Contracting Office in Wiesbaden, Germany intends to competitively award a firm fixed price non-personal service contract to provide Program Education and Emergency Placement Care service for the ACS Family Advocacy Program (FAP) support services for all assigned soldiers, civilians, and family members. The contract will last for a period of one year, come with an option to extend the contract by 12 months, and start on or about September 30, 2016.
The contractor shall comply with the Contractor Manpower Reporting (CMR), which is required on fiscal year basis for contract work done within that period. Report is due not later than October 31 of each fiscal year or earlier if contract expires before September 30. Final contract payment shall be withheld pending completion of the CMR. Failure to comply with this requirement is grounds for contract termination.
Invoicing and payments will be processed electronically via the Wide Area Work Flow (iRAPT) portal, and the contractor must identify an E-business point of contact in their System for Award Management (SAM) Registration.
