Arrow Partnership Announces Philip Winterburn as Partner

GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO--(Marketwire - March 14, 2008) - Arrow Partnership announced Philip
Winterburn has been made Partner in the Colorado-based Management and
Information Technology consulting firm.
Philip has extensive experience successfully leading projects and IT
organizations in the delivery of business enabling solutions. Prior to
joining Arrow Partnership, Philip held Senior Director roles at Great-West
Healthcare and AT&T Broadband. He has successfully led a variety of teams
and projects with budgets up to $140 million. Prior to this Philip spent
eight years as a senior consultant with Ernst & Young and EDS successfully
delivering custom development and package based solutions. Philip's
industry experience includes insurance, energy, telecommunications,
education, software product development and healthcare. He holds a B.Sc. in
Mathematics. Outside of the office, Philip and his wife, Janet, enjoy
traveling, skiing, hiking and playing with their two children, while also
participating in their community with leadership roles in Boy Scouts of
America, the Denver Art Museum and their support of the Children's Miracle
Network.
