GREENWOOD VILLAGE, CO--(Marketwire - October 4, 2010) - Arrow Partnership announces that Aleta Sefic joins the firm. Aleta will lead Arrow's Workday Payroll Practice.
Prior to joining the Arrow team in 2010, Sefic held senior management positions at Frontier Airlines and National Merchant Systems. For the last 15 years she has worked on a broad variety of projects in Management, Payroll and Human Resources, including HCM conversions, restructuring initiatives, staffing, compliance and diversity. She is an accomplished Project Manager and is comfortable leading both technical and functional teams. She earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Colorado at Denver and her Masters of Business Administration from the University of Denver. Aleta also enjoys designing and making jewelry, spending time with her three daughters and attending live music and theater events and traveling.
