Artfest Announces Delayed Filing

DALLAS, TX--(Marketwire - April 18, 2008) - Artfest International, Inc. (OTCBB: ARTI) announced today that it is late in filing its Form 10-KSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission. On March 28, 2008, Artfest filed for an extension for the deadline to file its Form 10-KSB.
