Article12 Names Derick Cassidy as Chief Security Officer

ZURICH, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwired - Feb 18, 2016) - Article12, a global provider of secure mobile devices, applications, and its enterprise-grade privacy platform, today announced the appointment of Derick Cassidy to Chief Security Officer (CSO). Cassidy joins an executive bench of industry veterans at Article12, working to provide enterprises with the freedom to communicate securely through devices and applications specifically engineered to ensure privacy.

Prior to joining Article12, Cassidy was the co-founder of Pūr Security Corporation, specializing in enterprise identity and access management, cloud security, and advanced database security technologies enabling multi-level and multi-caveat access to sensitive and private data. Prior to that, Cassidy served as chief security architect for Oracle, and was responsible for security within the organization's North American public sector practice. He was also the co-founder of Syndesi Identity Services, which provided secure criminal record, credit rating and background searches for public and private sector clients.
