Aruba Networks Appoints Seasoned Executive to New Global Channel Operations Position

Peter Cellarius Has Over 25 Years Experience in Planning, Development, Marketing, and General Management

SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - March 13, 2008) - Aruba Networks, Inc. (NASDAQ: ARUN), a global leader in wireless LANs and secure unified mobility solutions, today announced the appointment of company veteran Peter Cellarius to the newly created position of Head of Global Channel Operations. Mr. Cellarius brings with him over 25 years of IT and networking experience. In addition to his recent role as head of business development at Aruba, Mr. Cellarius worked previously at Nortel, Stentor, and Bell Canada. In this new position Mr. Cellarius will be responsible for the operation, productivity, and growth of Aruba's channel and distributor programs.

"The growing importance of our channel and distributor programs drove the need for a single worldwide manager for these programs," said Dominic Orr, Aruba's president and CEO. "Peter's background and experience make him a perfect match for the position. He understands the needs of channel and distribution partners, and has the marketing and product management experience to ensure they receive the products, services, and support they need."

Aruba's adaptive wireless LANs and client-to-core security products are easily deployed and compatible with existing LAN and WAN infrastructure. As such they are ideal for sale through distribution to small to mid-market channel partners. Larger channel partners, those focused on massively scalable solutions, can purchase through distribution or work directly with Aruba. In all cases customers have access to Aruba's worldwide support and service resources to ensure their success.
