Effective immediately, Software as a Service (SaaS) veteran Helen Roberts has been appointed Executive Vice President of Operations for Aruspex. "The addition of Helen Roberts marks an inflection point in Aruspex's maturity as the trusted provider of on-demand Strategic Workforce Planning solutions to organizations seeking competitive advantage in today's challenging environment," said Howard Koenig, CEO of Aruspex. "Helen brings 23 years of deep domain experience in managing global cloud-based software operations and delighting customers. This will complement the market vision and SWP thought leadership of our founder and EVP Products, Stacy Chapman."

Before joining Aruspex, Helen had responsibility for the delivery of worldwide on-demand software solutions and client satisfaction in her role as the EVP for Sword CTSpace. Prior to Sword CTSpace, Helen served as the Chief Operating Officer for Responsys. Before joining Responsys, Helen served as the EVP of Operations for Benefit America, which was acquired by Unum Group in 2001. And before Benefit America, Helen was VP of Marketing and Client Services in the Employer Services division of ADP.
