As Christmas Day Approaches Nominations for 13th Annual Marketplace Ministry Awards Due on December 15

Online Nomination Form on ChristAtWork.org Website

VERNON, CT--(Marketwire - Nov 30, 2011) - Northeast Christians At Work, an all-volunteer workplace ministry, is now taking nominations for the 13th annual Northeast Marketplace Ministry Awards using the organization's online nomination form on its website, ChristAtWork.org.

Deadline for nominations is December 15, 2011. Award recipients will be announced during the week leading into Christmas Day. Award categories include: most on-fire business owner/CEO, most on-fire manager, most on-fire employee, most helpful church, most helpful workplace ministry, most helpful media outlet, most helpful resource or event; most helpful para-church ministry, sowing seeds in the Northeast region, and building a Godly legacy.

Created by Drew Crandall, Founder and President of Northeast Christians At Work and Northeast Region Director for the Fellowship of Companies for Christ International, the annual awards are intended to encourage Christians who are genuinely seeking to be Godly at work, and inspire others to do likewise. Crandall is the owner of Keep In Touch, a marketing and media business, and serves as Vice President of the Better Business Bureau of Connecticut. In issuing the call for nominations, Crandall said, "Given the eroding ethics and morality in business today, how can we rebuild our economy if we keep on mistreating and robbing each other? Encouraging godliness in business is not some far-out ethereal concept, but a very practical reality if we truly want to rebuild a strong, vibrant economy."
