ASG Sets Sights on SLA, Contract Management, and Business Performance Governance Solutions With Ingenium Technology Partnership

Agreement Strengthens ASG's TMON Solutions and Expands Ingenium's Geographic Reach

NAPLES, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 4, 2006 -- ASG, an enterprise software provider to Global 5000 companies, today announced it has formed a worldwide non-exclusive OEM agreement with Ingenium Technology of Milan, Italy to strengthen ASG's integrated business service management solutions.

With this agreement, ASG adds Ingenium Technology's I-SERVICE suite to the ASG TMON brand of solutions and broadens its scope of Business Service Platform solutions. I-SERVICE provides a series of innovative tools for managing Service Level Agreement (SLA) governance and compliance and contract reporting capabilities.
