AskMeNow Included as Exclusive Application Partner in Rogers / Blackberry 7130g Launch Program

IRVINE, CA--(CCNMatthews - August 09, 2006) - AskMeNow, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ocean West Holding Corporation (OTCBB: OWHC), updates on its marketing activities with Rogers Wireless and Research in Motion (RIM) announcing that AskMeNow is the exclusive application partner in the joint Rogers Wireless / BlackBerry 7130g launch program.

The 7130g launch kits were sent to 1,195 Rogers Wireless locations across Canada throughout the retail, reseller and master dealer channels. Launch kits are used as marketing tools to generate awareness and excitement among sales representatives and customers for new products & services as well as to educate them on applications like AskMeNow that offer a valuable and popular mobile search solution.

As part of being the exclusive application choice for the Rogers / BlackBerry 7130g program, AskMeNow benefits by having its logo prominently featured alongside the Rogers and BlackBerry logos on the program materials such as retail store counter displays and on the launch kit itself. Within each kit, AskMeNow supplied 5 x 7 sales cards to be placed in the box when a customer makes a new purchase. Many other giveaways were also included in the kits -- all designed to help create brand and solution awareness to Rogers Wireless customers.

"We are pleased to participate in this carrier marketing initiative and look forward to creating valuable AskMeNow brand and solution awareness in the Canadian marketplace," says Walter Kostiak, Vice President Business Development & Carrier Marketing.
