Aspect to Be Premier Sponsor of 2011 European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards

Aspect Senior VP to Address Executive Audience and Announce Top Honors for Best Customer Service Operation at Awards Dinner in October

LONDON--(Marketwire - Jul 25, 2011) - Aspect, a leading provider of customer contact and Microsoft platform solutions, today announced that it is the overall sponsor of United Business Media's 2011 European Call Centre & Customer Service Awards. The event will be a highlight of this year's Call Centre & Customer Management Expo, to be held 11 - 12 October, National Hall Olympia, London.

Aspect will be represented at the award ceremony by Mark King, Senior VP, Europe and Africa, who will address the executive audience on the next generation of customer contact before announcing the top prize of Best Customer Service Operation.

This is the inaugural year for the prestigious event, formed following the merger of Europe's top contact center and customer service award events -- the National Customer Service Awards and the European Call Centre Awards -- to provide a single platform to reward and recognize excellence across the contact center and customer service industry.

Widely regarded as the most prestigious award program in the contact center industry, the European Call Centre Awards (ECCA) program has a 15-year history of rewarding individuals and companies that have made a significant impact on the industry, while the National Customer Service Awards program has celebrated the effort and impact of excellent customer service on the customer and business since 1999.

Aspect has long been associated with innovation and excellence in the contact center industry. There are 20 Individual, Team and Innovation & Excellence awards to be won from Best Contact Centre Under 100 Seats to Team Leader of the Year, Best Use of Technology, Senior Manager of the Year and Back Office Team of the Year.
