Astro-Med to Introduce New Cockpit Printer Designed for Business Jet Market at National Business Aviation Association Show in Atlanta

WEST WARWICK, RI--(Marketwire - September 17, 2007) - Astro-Med, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALOT) announced today that it has introduced a new cockpit printer designed specifically for the business jet market. The printer will be displayed at the National Business Aviation Association's 60th Annual Meeting & Convention (NBAA2007) in Atlanta, GA, September 25-27, 2007.

The NBAA Annual Meeting & Convention is billed as the premier event and annual meeting place for the business aviation community. It brings together a global community of business leaders, government officials, manufacturers, flight department personnel, single-pilot operations and all manner of people involved in nearly every aspect of business aviation. Aircraft, avionics, engines, aircraft interiors, navigation equipment, composite material and other products used on business jets will be exhibited at the convention.

Tom Carll, National Sales Manager for Astro-Med's Test & Measurement Product Group, comments on the introduction, "The business jet printer is an exciting new addition to the ToughWriter 4 family of printers. These printers have gained wide acceptance in the commercial and military aircraft markets, and this new printer will allow us to directly target the growing business jet market."
