Astron Resources Corporation: Nevada Copper Corp. Receives TSX-V Exchange Approval for Name Change

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(CCNMatthews - Nov. 15, 2006) - Nevada Copper Corp. (formerly ARC) ("the Corporation") is pleased to announce that it has received final approval from the TSX Venture Exchange (the "Exchange") to change its name from "Astron Resources Corporation" (TSX VENTURE:ARC) to "Nevada Copper Corp.". As previously announced, shareholders approved the name change at the Corporation's Annual and Special Meeting held on November 3, 2006. The new name more accurately reflects the business nature of the Corporation.

The common shares of the Corporation will commence trading on the Exchange under the new trading symbol NCU at the opening of the market on November 16, 2006.
