ASTRO's Digital Arm Selects Omniture to Measure the Performance of Their Online Service Offerings

Malaysia's Largest Multimedia Provider Selects Omniture for Measuring Online

Customer Engagement of Television, Mobile and Internet Content and Services

KUALA LUMPUR, MALAYSIA--(Marketwire - March 24, 2008) - Omniture, Inc. (NASDAQ: OMTR), a leading provider of online business optimization software, has been selected by Multimedia Interactive Technologies (MIT), the multimedia arm of ASTRO ALL ASIA NETWORKS plc. (AAAN), to measure visitor engagement with their online services using Omniture SiteCatalyst® and Omniture Discover®. Via Omniture, MIT now has clearer insight into the activities of its online audience and in turn, can ensure that online content, promotions and site navigation reflect the interests and behavior of its visitors. Mobile and social media are important channels for ASTRO that will also be measured by Omniture.

"Omniture provides us with a greater degree of measurement accuracy and customer understanding. We are able to precisely determine which content and services are driving key metrics of customer engagement, while simultaneously pinpointing any potential weaknesses in our Web site design, marketing campaigns, or content," said Ms. Claire Mula, general manager of Multimedia Interactive Technologies. "This insight allows us to ensure that our Web sites best serve our customer needs and enables us to more confidently present accurate audience measurement to our advertising partners -- delivering greater returns for our online investments."

With Omniture, MIT can measure and provide accurate data for their advertisers to enhance their ability to target ad placement of promotions and content for the right audience. Omniture SiteCatalyst allows ASTRO to determine the performance of online promotions, gauge visitor interest with online content, and identify traffic patterns which are critical to their advertisers. Omniture Discover categorizes and segments MIT's audiences based on product or service interests, geographic region or any other behavioral characteristics.

"Being involved in so many areas of traditional and new media, it is important that a company like MIT has insight into the business impact of each product division," said Chris Harrington, president of worldwide sales and client services at Omniture. "With the level of visibility that Omniture offers, MIT can target specific customer segments for particular campaigns, measure the effectiveness of video content, and most importantly, understand the needs of its audience."
