New Web Portal Automates Management of Customer Inspection Reports and Communications Improving Efficiency and Customer Service

The ASURiO SSP® is a secure, hosted, Web-based system that AUTOMATICALLY publishes and stores the inspection reports of ASURiO customers in one convenient online location, organized by inspection company branch office, customer, and site of inspection. Inspection businesses can refer their customers directly to the portal, where the customer can log in and access copies of their own inspection reports as needed. They also can communicate with their inspection company via the portal to inquire about invoices, schedule inspections, or authorize deficiency maintenance and/or repairs. This provides additional operational efficiencies for inspection businesses eliminating many hours of administrative time searching for old inspection reports and re-sending them to customers.
