At DigitalNow, Meridian Offers Trade Groups On-the-Run Learning

HERNDON, VA--(Marketwire - April 4, 2011) - Learning just became a lot handier for America's nearly 100,000 professional, trade and non-profit groups. With a new learning management system (LMS) mobile profile made by Meridian Knowledge Solutions, trade groups can now help their members sign up for, launch and track training courses with smartphones, including Droid, iPhone and BlackBerry. Meridian's mobile profile links learners to Meridian's LMS software, which delivers and tracks education via the Internet.

Meridian's new mobile profile detects which browser a learner is accessing the LMS from, and delivers a view that is tailored to the type of device at his or her fingertips. Meridian will show off its new mobile profile from April 7 - 8, 2011, at the DigitalNow conference in Lake Buena Vista, Fla. DigitalNow, produced by Fusion Productions and Disney Institute, is an annual gathering of some of the most influential professional and trade associations in America.
