Atacama Pacific Unaware of Any Material Change

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - June 20, 2014) - Atacama Pacific Gold Corporation (TSX VENTURE:ATM) ("Atacama Pacific" or the "Company"), responding to a request from the Investment Industry Regulatory Organization of Canada, wishes to confirm that the Company's management is unaware of any material change in the Company's activities that would account for the recent increase in market activity.

As announced in an Atacama Pacific press release dated June 9, 2014, the Company is nearing completion of a Prefeasibility Study on its Cerro Maricunga oxide-hosted gold deposit located in northern Chile and is anticipating that the results of the study will be released during July 2014.
