ATCO Blue Flame Kitchen has released the 2014 edition of its popular annual Holiday Collection cookbook. The latest in a longstanding series that has found its place in household kitchens throughout the province, this year's holiday cookbook features a diverse range of flavours and ingredients, adopting current food trends while presenting them in a thoroughly tested, easy-to-follow format.
