ATCO Expands Northern Operations With Acquisition in Resolute Bay

RESOLUTE BAY, NUNAVUT--(Marketwire - Sept. 13, 2012) - ATCO Structures & Logistics is expanding its operational capabilities in Nunavut through an agreement to acquire the majority of the assets of 953731 NWT Ltd. The assets include a fleet of construction equipment as well as two lodging operations, the South Camp Inn and the Airport Hotel. Nine employees associated with the operation of the assets will also move over to ATCO Structure & Logistics.
