Athlone Global Security Names Harrison President and CEO

ARLINGTON, VIRGINIA--(Marketwire - March 10, 2008) - Athlone Global Security (AGS) Corporation announced today that it has named Major General (Retired) Jerry Harrison to the position of President and Chief Executive Officer. He replaces outgoing CEO Gordon Hawke, who will continue with AGS as Vice-Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Investment Committee.

General Harrison will be responsible for strategically positioning and leading AGS' portfolio companies in growing their North American business base, executing AGS' business plans and meeting its sales goals and objectives. General Harrison will report to AGS' Board of Directors and to the company's co-chairmen, Major General (Retired) Doron Almog and Mr. Stan Bharti.

General Harrison's last position was as Vice President, Business Development and Sales for General Dynamics C4 Systems based in Scottsdale, Arizona. He served in industry for 12 years and is credited with "centralizing General Dynamics' C4S-level account management and creating a strong Washington, DC-based C4S presence to its key customers."

Prior to joining industry, General Harrison served in the U.S. Army in a myriad of command and staff positions. His last assignments in the military were Commander of Laboratory Command and then as the Chief of Legislative Liaison for the U.S. Army, a position he held until 1995.

General Harrison holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the United States Military Academy at West Point and a Master of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

General Harrison is past President of the Association of the United States Army, George Washington Chapter in Washington DC, a past Chairman of the Government Electronics Industry Association, and a Vice Chairman of the board of the Electronic Industries Alliance.
