ATK Oilfield Transportation Announces Appointment of Dale E. Tremblay to Its Board of Directors

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwired - March 5, 2014) - ATK Oilfield Transportation Inc. ("ATK" or the "Company"), today announced the appointment of Dale E. Tremblay to its Board of Directors.

Mr. Tremblay was the founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the recapitalized Western Energy Services Corp. from December 2009 to December 2013. Prior thereto, Mr. Tremblay was the Chairman of SES Holdings Limited, the parent company of Saxon Energy Services Inc., from August 2005 to December 2009 in addition to serving as President and Chief Executive Officer of Saxon Energy Services Inc. Prior thereto, Mr. Tremblay was the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Precision Drilling Corporation from 1988 to 2005.

Since 1975, Mr Tremblay has been instrumental in the growth and development of various oilfield service businesses as well as been involved with various exploration and production companies. Mr. Tremblay has participated in various industry associations related to the oil and gas industry throughout his career.
