Randy Kessler, Robert Miller, Kathryn Boortz, and Terence O. McGinn Discuss the Services Provided by Their Firms

ATLANTA, GA--(Marketwired - February 06, 2015) - On January 13th, 2015 Atlanta Legal Experts welcomed to the studio Randy Kessler and Robert Miller of Kessler & Solomiany LLC, Kathryn Boortz of Boortz Law, and Attorney at Law, Terence O. McGinn. Host Emily Rowell spoke to these lawyers about their firms and services they provide.

Randy Kessler is a Founding Partner of the 13 lawyer, Atlanta family law firm -- KS Family Law. He has practiced family law for over 25 years and represents high profile individuals such as athletes and entertainers. He just released a book called Divorce: Protect Yourself, Your Kids and Your Future that has been in the works for the past 25 years. Everything in this book is what he wants people to know before they come to see him.

"I spend half my time telling the same thing to the same people," said Kessler. "Divorce, you can get through it. Or don't leave the house unless there's violence. You should stay in the house and try to preserve the status quo. Things like that are just very true in a lot of cases."

Robert Miller began his legal career as in intern at Kessler & Solomiany. He is extremely active in the Atlanta legal community and has an extensive educational background. Miller graduated from California State University, Fullerton earning his B.A. and M.A. in History, with an emphasis in modern Germany and Holocaust studies. Miller subsequently earned his J.D. from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School, where he excelled academically and was an active member in student government.

Terence McGinn has practiced personal injury, personal finance, and personal bankruptcy law for 35 years and has an extensive skill set in these three categories. He is licensed to practice throughout Georgia, in State and Superior Courts. At a young age, McGinn wanted to be an attorney but didn't attend law school until later in life, law being his 5th career.

Kathryn Boortz works with juvenile cases and started off as a public defender, handling cases from minor theft to murder. She worked with a small boutique law firm and was able to practice in court rooms all across the state. Boortz has a passion for working with kids and their families. She started Boortz Law in 2013 and understands the struggle and impact of juvenile cases. She knows the most important thing, besides legal help, is compassion and care.
