Atlantis Announces Change in Board of Directors

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Sept. 28, 2010) - Atlantis Systems Corp. (NEX:AIQ.H), a globally recognized training integrator in the military and commercial aviation markets, today announced that at its Annual and Special Meeting of Shareholders, additional individuals were nominated for election as Directors by proxy holders present at the meeting. The vote for the election of Directors was conducted by way of a ballot. The new Board consists of re-elected directors Steven Albright, Gary Jaggard, Robert O'Sullivan and David Williams, and newly elected Directors Henrik Noesgaard, Aidan Kehoe and Joseph Wynne.

Henrik Noesgaard, Chief Executive Officer of Atlantis Systems Corp., stepped off of the Board in April 2010 to allow our bankers, ComVest Capital LLC to add members to the Board. At the request of the Shareholders, Henrik has agreed to rejoin the Directors.

Joseph Wynne serves as President and Chief Financial Officer of SCPW Acquisition, Inc., a privately held company that acquires and consolidates specialty referral and primary care veterinary facilities. In this role, he has been instrumental in both equity and debt capital raising activities, business due diligence, facility acquisitions and integration as well as the overall centralization and improvement of financial and accounting processes and procedures. Prior to 2001 Mr. Wynne has also served as Partner, Chief Financial Officer and Registered Financial Principal of Commonwealth Associates LP, a private equity merchant bank where he was instrumental in determining the overall strategic direction of the company as a member of the firm's Executive, Commitment and Compensation Committees. Mr. Wynne has served on the Boards of a number of both public and private companies. He holds a bachelor's degree from Hofstra University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University. He also received his license as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of New York in April 1990.

Aidan Kehoe is Vice President at Duckpond Corp, a New York based private investment firm. He also serves as a Vice President of Sebonack Golf Club, a private golf course based in Southampton, NY which will host the 2013 US Women's Open. Mr. Kehoe has run a number of successful privately held family enterprises in the transport and hospitality businesses based in Ireland before moving in 2005 to the U.S. to pursue further entrepreneurial activities. As a senior advisor to the family office he oversees the operations of their hedge fund portfolio and private equity investments, as well as their operating businesses in the automotive software, aviation, media industries and real estate. Mr. Kehoe serves as a Member of the Advisory Board and Steering Committee of Friends of Karen and is a former board member of the Haiti based charity, Mercy and Sharing, an organization that runs orphanages, feeding and educational programs in Haiti. He has conducted non-profit trips to Ethiopia and the Congo on behalf of a private foundation, and is an advisor to a start up direct marketing endeavor, called "Starfish Care and Relief". He is a member and supporter of IN NYC, an Irish American networking organization.
