Atlantis Business Development Corporation Announced Subsidiary Atlantis Acquisition 1 Is Appointing New Officers to the Company

MIAMI, FL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 10, 2006 -- Atlantis Business Development Corporation, Inc. (OTC BB: ABDE) announced that subsidiary Atlantis Acquisition 1 is appointing new officers to the company. Jim Adams and Wayne Reid will now become officers of Atlantis Acquisition 1.

Mr. Adams is the Managing Partner of The Venture Catalysts, a consulting firm that focuses on business development. He brings a wealth of experience and training in marketing, journalism, finance, politics and general business to his clients.

Mr. Reid, a world-ranked tennis player (he beat Rod Laver) and a member of a Davis Cup winning team, has a strong international business background and has been awarded the OBE (Order of the British Empire).
