Atlantis Technology Group Board of Directors Issues Statement

CARSON CITY, NV--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - Atlantis Technology Group's (OTCBB: ATNO) Board of Directors issues the following statement.

This retraction is in response to a press release issued by Atlantis Technology Group on March 13, 2008. Atlantis Technology Group mistakenly announced an executed contract between its subsidiary Global Online Television Corporation and Broadvox LLC. No such written contract exists between the companies or their subsidiaries.

The officials at Atlantis Technology Group regret any inconvenience due to this Atlantis Technology Group and Global Online Television Corporation announcement.

The Board of Directors further states that Atlantis has purchased tens of thousands of dollars in equipment from BroadVox LLC and paid for millions of prepaid minutes in the past. The Board assumed there was a deal in place after a verbal contract was made, but realizes it should have waited for the signed copy of the contract. The board apologizes and will no longer be doing business with BroadVox LLC as a result.

CEO, Christopher Dubeau, states, "We are reviewing several additional carriers such as Level 3 and Global Crossing that are also located in the Miami Data Vault location for telecommunication services."

Global Online Television Corporation was originally developed by Atlantis Technology Group as a media division that would explore and further media-based technology. GOTV brings the largest internet protocol television networks together for your home television viewing. IPTV is TV to TV using standard broadband connections thus making it possible for 93% of the world's broadband users to relieve its streams. Using the IPTV and Microsoft Windows Media Player, the video stream is delivered to your home television over any broadband internet connection. This means that if you already have a connection, like DSL or cable modem, then you're ready to go. To find out more about Global Online Television please visit
