Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. Declares Record Quarterly Distribution of $0.34 per Common Limited Partner Unit for the Fourth Quarter 2007

PHILADELPHIA, PA--(Marketwire - January 28, 2008) - Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. (NYSE: AHD) ("Atlas Holdings"), which owns the general partner interest and approximately 5.5 million common limited partner units in Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APL) ("APL"), reported today that it has declared a record quarterly cash distribution for the fourth quarter 2007 of $0.34 per common limited partner unit. This $0.34 per common limited partner unit distribution is payable Tuesday, February 19, 2008 to holders of record as of Thursday, February 7, 2008. This quarter's distribution of $0.34 per common limited partner unit represents an approximate 36% increase over the fourth quarter 2006 distribution of $0.25 per common limited partner unit.

Atlas Pipeline Holdings, L.P. is a limited partnership which owns and operates the general partner of Atlas Pipeline Partners, L.P., through which it owns a 2% general partner interest, all the incentive distribution rights and approximately 5.5 million common units of Atlas Pipeline Partners.
