AtmanCo Concludes a Private Placement With Cote 100 Inc.

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - June 9, 2014) -


AtmanCo Inc. ("AtmanCo" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ATW), a leading innovator in HR web solutions based on a psychometric test aimed at recruitment and organizational development, is pleased to announce the conclusion of a non-brokered private placement with Cote 100 Inc., a portfolio management company through the issuance of 8,100,000 units of the Company (the "Units") at the price of $0.18 per Unit resulting in a total gross proceeds of $1,458,000$ to the Company. Each Unit is comprised of one common share (a "Share") and one Share purchase warrant, each entitling the holder to purchase one Share at an exercise price of $0.30 for a period of 24 months following the closing of the private placement.

The COTE 100 SSP fund was established in 1995 and allows Quebec investors to participate in the development of Québec corporations such as AtmanCo, while receiving a tax deduction from the Quebec government.
