atmosol Expands Service Offerings for Ecommerce Clients After Amazon Announces Webstore Closing

Platform Choices Provide Additional Options, Services, and Increased Value to Evolve atmosol's Online Retail Offerings

CHANDLER, AZ--(Marketwired - Aug 26, 2015) - atmosol, a leading ecommerce solutions provider, announced a strategic expansion of its services with its partners in response to Amazon's recent webstore closure announcement. Strategically partnering with five ecommerce platform providers, atmosol offers additional products and services for the company's growing roster of retail clients.

Amazon, who was one of atmosol's ecommerce platform providers for the past seven years, announced that it would close its ecommerce platform hosting service, Amazon Webstore, as of July 1, 2016, prompting atmosol to expand its service offerings with other leading ecommerce platform providers. atmosol's clients affected by the Amazon closure will be migrating to one of the company's other ecommerce platforms. All transitions are being guided by atmosol's in-house technical experts who provide thorough consultations to assist clients in choosing the best platform to fit their current business needs, while accommodating future goals.

"We turned what could have been a stressful transition for our Amazon Webstore clients into an opportunity to show them our expertise and commitment to stand by them and serve them when they need us the most," said Vishal Wadher, atmosol CEO. "We are grateful for the respect and trusted relationships we have with our partners that help us provide our clients with feature and functionality improvements that will continue to position them to successfully build and operate effective ecommerce stores."

The services include design, implementation, customization and integrations into the retailers' ERP, fulfillment, and inventory management systems, along with digital marketing services that focus on increasing traffic and conversion rates. atmosol's expertise and platform offerings include enterprise ecommerce platforms Magento® EE, Mozu®, and Demandware® along with small-medium business platform providers Magento® CE, Shopify®, and Bigcommerce.

"When Amazon announced they were ceasing their webstore operations, atmosol's experts quickly stepped in and provided us with a thorough and comprehensive comparison that outlined choices for a new platform that would suit our specific business needs," said Sheldon Cho, CEO, Kaimana Jerky. "As ecommerce continues to explode we need solutions that evolve, and a solutions provider who can keep up with the latest technologies, and who remains focused on delighting our online consumers. We have witnessed atmosol's commitment to provide this level of expertise and that sort of a relationship is what makes a winning strategy for us."

"Consumers are more sophisticated than ever; it is increasingly necessary to keep up with their desires for a richer online experience. As ecommerce sales increase and consumer expectations continue to evolve, atmosol is now perfectly positioned to satisfy those demands," said Wadher.

In fact, in the U.S., Forrester Research is projecting online retail sales will reach $370 billion by 2017, up from $231 billion in 2013 -- a 10% compound annual growth rate (CAGR) from year to year. According to Forrester, the increased sophistication of online commerce has prompted more and more consumers to use it in new ways to buy and research products and services. These expectations are reinforcing merchants' needs to build more robust online user experiences.
