TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - March 18, 2008) - ATS Andlauer Income Fund (the "Fund") (TSX:ATS.UN) announced today that, at the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, it has re-filed its Management's Discussion and Analysis ("MD&A") for the year ended December 31, 2007, to add a written conclusion regarding the effectiveness of the Fund's disclosure controls and procedures. The original annual MD&A filed on February 22, 2008 inadvertently failed to include a statement regarding the CEO's and CFO's conclusions concerning the effectiveness of the Fund's disclosure controls and procedures. As of March 18, 2008, the Fund maintains its conclusion that its disclosure controls and procedures were effective for the year ending December 31, 2007, and is confident that there were no financial transactions and no material matters arising from the Fund's activities during the year with which senior officers were not familiar.
