ATS Corporation Awarded Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services Contract

MCLEAN, VA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 28, 2007 -- ATS Corporation ("ATSC") (OTCBB: ATCT) today announced that it has been awarded the Mobile Systems portion of the Mississippi Department of Information Technology Services Contract. Five firms including ATSC were awarded contracts from Information Technology Services and the Mississippi Department of Public Safety to appear as mobile systems carriers on the Department's homepage. Financial terms of the contract win were not disclosed, but the contract is expected to extend over 4 years.
