Attendees of CyberShift's 2011 Customer Conference Confirm Strategic Value of Workforce and Expense Management Solutions

Accelerate 2011 Engages Community and Delivers Actionable Intelligence

The three-day event, themed "A World Showcase of Solutions: Global. Mobile. On Demand.," provided attendees with insights into CyberShift's products and strategy, an understanding of best practices and a forum for networking and hearing actual case studies provided by clients, all intended to help them maximize the value from their investment in CyberShift's award winning Workforce and Expense Management solutions.

Held on April 10 - 13 at Disney's Yacht & Beach Club Resorts in Lake Buena Vista, Fla., Accelerate 2011 featured more than 40 educational sessions including client case studies, product and strategy updates and panel discussions that focused on industry trends and best practices. Accelerate 2011 delivered insight on global Workforce and Expense Management trends and issues, reporting and analytics, legislative updates and contingent labor management, among other pertinent topics. Conference attendees earned IAPP and RCH (APA) credits.

The Accelerate keynote presentation, "Industry Trends in Workforce & Expense Management," was delivered by Jim Holincheck, managing vice president of Gartner, Inc., who shared his vision of the challenges, trends and opportunities facing Workforce and Expense Management solutions end users and providers. Other special features of Accelerate included the session, "Bridging the Generation Gap - Invoking New Material & Ideas into Our Industry." This informative industry overview was delivered by Ron DiLeo, Executive Director of the Association of Corporate Travel Executives and highlighted the prediction that HR will play an increasing role in travel management strategies going forward.
