Attivo Networks Expands Go-to-Market, Names John Quinn as VP of Worldwide Channels

Industry Channel Executive Joins Team to Drive Global Partner Expansion and the Growing Demand for Deception Solutions

FREMONT, CA--(Marketwired - Jun 22, 2016) - Attivo Networks®, the award-winning leader in deception for cyber security threat detection, announced today that John Quinn has joined the company's leadership team as the vice president of worldwide channels. As the new Channel Chief for Attivo, Quinn will architect and lead partner sales strategy, enablement, and growth initiatives.

Attivo Networks provides the industry's most comprehensive deception and response platform, which is designed to detect in-network threats, provide attack forensics and dramatically improve incident response. Hundreds of companies in financial, healthcare, technology, energy, and other industries have turned to Attivo detection technology for early alerts to network intrusions and breach prevention. Commitment to a channel-centric go-to-market strategy will empower the company to quickly scale to meet demand and global market expansion.

Quinn brings more than 20 years of channel and direct sales experience, as well as channel strategy development and sales leadership. Prior to Attivo, he held sales leadership roles at Extreme Networks, InfoBlox, IronPort/Cisco and most recently, FireEye. At FireEye, Quinn designed and executed the foundational strategies for leading to success for value added resellers (VARs), distributors, managed security service providers (MSSPs), systems integrators and strategic alliances. These strategies contributed to the growth of FireEye from $15 million when he joined to $623 million in 2015.

"John brings a powerful combination of channel and sales, as well as cyber security experience to Attivo Networks as we continue to enhance our go-to-market strategy," said Tushar Kothari, CEO of Attivo Networks.
