SOUTHBOROUGH, MA--(Marketwire - December 7, 2010) - Ingle Law, an estate planning and elder law services firm, today announced that Attorney Tracey A. L. Ingle was elected to serve as president of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (MassNAELA) in 2011. Ms. Ingle was nominated for the position from among 550 Chapter members. She previously served two terms as vice president and was president-elect in 2010. In 2008, she was voted Member of the Year, an honor bestowed by members for her commitment of time and energy to Chapter initiatives.

As MassNAELA president, Ms. Ingle will work with the Chapter board to shape the agenda and message for the coming year. She will also serve as the public face and voice for the organization locally.

"I look forward to proceeding with the long-range goals of my predecessors to educate and train our members on how to position their clients for the best possible future," states Ingle. "Whether it's providing the key language for health care proxies, guidance on the proper interpretation and application of benefits regulations or even training on litigating to protect a senior's or disabled person's rights, education is the greatest benefit we can give our members and their clients. It helps them to improve their practice and ultimately be more successful in the profession."

Ms. Ingle has been a member of MassNAELA since 1999. She previously also served as the chair of the chapter's program committee, sat on the ethics committee and acted as the chapter's clerk and clerk pro tem.
