ATW Recommencing Drilling on Amarillo Property

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Sept. 18, 2007) - ATW Venture Corp. (TSX VENTURE:ATW)(FRANKFURT:A3N) (the "Company") is preparing to re-start the drill program on the Amarillo gold-copper project in San Juan province, Argentina. The 8 core hole program of 2,600 meters began during April 2007 and closed in May due to early winter snow. Only two holes were successfully completed to target depth. These two holes were drilled in the Poposa area and appear to have been drilled under the porphyry target. Results returned encouraging copper gold ratios. Subsequent drilling is planned at a more optimum orientation to target this mineralization.

The highest priority target, Esperanza, is located at the southern end (higher elevation) of the property and has yet to be drill tested. The upcoming program will drill Esperanza and two other copper-gold anomalies nearby.

ATW is currently obtaining the necessary permits and organizing the logistics for this program and anticipates drilling early this fall.

ATW has the right to earn up to a 70% interest in the "Amarillo" gold-copper-silver project located in San Juan Province of Argentina, from Marifil Mines Limited (TSX VENTURE:MFM). The project is located within the Veladero-El Indio gold belt, in the Andes. This belt is fast becoming an attractive area for major mining companies exploring for world class gold deposits. The belt already hosts several major discoveries including Barricks 2 deposits lying to the north of Amarillo, Veladero (12.6 Million ounces gold reserve) and Pascua Llama (18.3 Million ounces of gold reserve) as well as the very high grade El Indio copper gold mine. A 43-101 compliant technical report has been completed on the Amarillo project and filed on SEDAR.

During the months of May and June ATW field crews were active on the Company's Carp property in north-central British Columbia. A program of geological mapping, stream sediment sampling, prospecting and trenching was completed on several prospective areas of the property. Results from this program are expected shortly.

Management is actively pursuing and evaluating other mineral exploration and development opportunities.

ATW Venture Corp. is a Canadian based junior exploration and development company with projects under option in both British Columbia and Argentina.
